How do these knobs work?

It's as easy as 1,2,3!  The knob has a magnetic component and when accompanied with our inserts it is like magic - the insert will click right into the knob for a secure fit.  With every order you will receive our special tool for removing the insert from the knob.

When will I receive my order?  

At this time we are doing a pre-sale and all orders will be shipped by June 15th, 2023.  If there is any disruption in shipping your order we will contact you.

How long will my order take to arrive?

12 - 14 days

Why did my order come in two shipments?

Our fulfillment centers are located in different areas of the world in order for us to provide our customers with the fastest shipping possible.  Therefore you may receive your order in a split shipment. For example the knobs may come from one fulfillment center and the designs will be fulfilled from another center. We try our best to have the order fulfilled by one center but sometimes it doesn't work out.  Regardless of the fulfillment center your order will usually arrive at about the same time.
